In the last week, I've come so close to smashing my phone against the wall that I'm actually frightened of myself. Why? Because phones just annoy me, especially mine and people that call it. For starters, my phone is alive. I just know it is. xD Every single time I turn it off, it magically turns back on . How, I don't know. And so, I am forced to put it on silent and charge it every night. Though my phone is supposedly supposed to be on silent, it's never actually silent. I don't get what the people who were making my phone thought "silent" meant, but it does not mean the obnoxious buzzing noise that comes on every time I get a text/notice/whatever. I was reminded of this last night, when somone texted me at 2:37 in the morning, eliciting the now all-too-familiar "BRRRRRRRRRFFFFF" nosie from my phone. I shot up in bed, hitting my skull on my headboard in the process. You would think that becaue I sleep through thunderstorms, I would sleep through my phone. But, no. I'm weird like that.
Because I know some of you are going to comment and say "PUT IT IN ANOTHER ROOM." I will explain why I do not. Because my phone is so obnoxious, I have tried that. Still, I hear the faint sounds of the buzzing at night. Instead, I usually plug it into the charger and then stick my phone in my sock drawer in an attempt to muffle it. The sound is best muted this way, though sometimes I wake up when I am texted more than 3 times in a row. Yes, my friends do that. What they could possibly be doing at 2:37 in the morning that they need to tell me about, I do not know. But, this is how the conversation usually goes:
OBNOXIOUS SENDER: hey!!!!!!
me: -____- ?
OBNOXIOUS SENDER: heyyyyy!!! r u up?
me: Now I am, thank you.
OBNOXIOUS SENDER: lololol haha sorry.
me: ...
OBNOXIOUS SENDER: hokay ill text u l8tr lol
me: /stuffs phone in sock drawer angrily.
It seems no matter how many times I tell people that I do try and sleep at night, they still text me repeatedly. I attribute it to the fact that I don't yell at them enough about it. But, I'm currently behind on sleep now and if anyone texts me tonight, I swear I'll find them and beat them over the head with my phone.
Anyway, now that I've had my complain blog, tell me about your phone. Am I the only one who this happens to?
My phone does this beeping thing if I ignore a text message or missed call. It's annoying at night, but in the daytime I'm glad it reminds me :P I got a new phone that doesn't remind me with beeping noises, so I never know when I need to check my phone.

Goodness I feel like ive texted you really late before..sorry :( lol. but my new phone doesnt act up too much. it blinks when ive mised something but i always have it on silent or vibrate and it usually works out lol.
